There are over 200 shades of eyeshadow, and being able to compare them side by side was really helpful to train me to spot the differences between shades of the same colour.
Here are the shades I picked:
346 (matte icy lilac)
352 (matte white peach)
I use both of these as all over base/highlight shades. 346 does not apply as an obvious purple shade - it's subtly brightening. 352 is lighter and brighter than MAC Orb.
349 (matte light warm grey - I think I asked for 339, which is cooler)
I use this to blend in the crease for a subtle look, or as a lid wash. I wouldn't recommend it to other Bright Winters unless you specifically like a slightly warmer, softer look. This is as close as we get to taupe.
348 (matte medium neutral grey)
498 (double sparkle charcoal - a shimmer with micro sparkle in it)
I use both of these to smudge into my upper lashline after applying kohl for a slightly smoky line.
48 (matte watermelon pink)
This is a great blush which works well with pink or red lips. You do need a light hand with it, but it blends nicely.
The Inglot website is at www.inglotuk.com (there is a US website too). Inglot sells palette systems for the pans, but I keep mine in a Unii palette.
So, this is my everyday face. It's a similar routine as I've always followed but with tweaked colours.
Concealer: RMS Beauty Un Cover Up in 22 around nose and under eyes. MAC Studio Finish Concealer NW20 for any marks that need concealing (NC20 turns orange on me).
Brows: Shu Uemura Seal Brown hard brow pencil
Eyes: A wash of either Inglot lilac, Inglot white peach or MAC Yogurt (pale pink). Dark kohl on upper lashline - usually MAC Phone Number, sometimes MAC Black Swan or Laura Mercier Black Violet. A dark grey eyeshadow smudged over the line - either of the two Inglot medium/dark greys or MAC Scene or Print. Black mascara.
Blush: usually the Inglot watermelon pink.
Lips: Dior Addict 865 Collection (clear pink) or MAC Mineralize lipstick in Everyday Diva (strawberry red). I'll put up a post on these later this week with swatches.
Highlighter: MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in Lightscapade (more sparkly/shiny) or Hourglass Ambient Powder in Diffused (less sparkly). I'll write a post on these later this week.
