Ambre Cupuacu & Nut Oils Rich Moisturising Body Butter review

I liked the Ambre Mango & Carrot Seed Hand Cream I was sent so much that I immediately bought the Cupuacu & Nut Oil Body Butter myself.

The Ambre Body Butter is a fondant texture - it's not completely solid or waxy-feeling, but an oil-rich balm texture that melts on contact with the skin. It smells beautiful: bergamot, mandarin, lemon, rosewood and ylang ylang essential oils give a citrus with a slightly floral/woody twist scent that smells lovely on its own but works well underneath any perfume I've worn with it.

It's extremely good at dealing with my very dry skin, although I have found I'm using it up quite quickly; I've switched to making sure that I use on damp skin to eke it out further without compromising its effectiveness. Used every other day on dry skin, I'd use the 120ml jar up within a couple of months. This is £25 for 120ml so it is a reasonable price to me for a very high quality product: a tenner a month isn't a huge price for non-itchy skin that smells and feels lovely.
