Vapour Organic sent me some of their newer products to try, and I've made a video using them so you can see them in action.
I like the foundation a lot, even though I don't usually wear foundation. It doesn't feel heavy and it gives a velvety finish to the skin. It is quite expensive at £41, but it's worth the extra to me for a foundation that won't make my skin react badly. Ingredients list for foundation:
I had to edit out the lipgloss application as I ran out of time, so here are some pictures instead. These are Elixir Plumping Lipgloss in Beguile (a warm berry) and Siren Lipstick in Tempt (natural rosy mauve).
Swatched: Beguile (left) and Tempt (right).
Tempt applied:
Beguile over Tempt (the shine makes this appear a little lighter in the photograph than the combination appears in real life).

When I bought the W3LL foundation I did have a play with the Vapour and I really liked the feel of the foundation so I am keen to try this next. The products all seem to have very nice interesting textures.
ReplyDeleteHi Meeta - it is a nice texture, and a good range of colours too. Not even a couple of years ago it was incredibly hard to find good organic foundation/concealer, and now there are great ones available. It's great how these formulations have come on.
ReplyDeletestunning, stunning, L. If its at all possible you look even more stunning than ever! Love the eye base & nice to see Courtesan worn. You have just helped round out my shopping list at Content.
ReplyDeleteAdore the hair as well - I look like Anne Frank if I take mine to a bob!!
Hey V - thank you! I am much happier with the bob since I had it chopped into - the blunt bob was too heavy for me and gave me triangle head.
ReplyDeleteYou look beautiful and what great timing as I was planning to buy a few things from this brand in September so you have helped me decide what shades to get :) I am back and forth on the foundation though as I do see a lot of people say not to use one that contains beewax if you have acne, still I might have to do a bit of research on that but will get the concealer, blush and lipstick x
ReplyDeleteThis looks great, lovely sheer finish, right up my street. Thanks for doing a video as well, very helpful.
ReplyDeleteBoth the gloss and the lippy are beautiful pinks. Will need to look into this brand.
ReplyDeleteIt's not fair that you can do this simple look and end up so stunning! I too love your hair this way. I enjoyed seeing your video.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness me, all of that makeup is amazing! I love how that foundation looks on you and the lipstick and blusher are just perfect. I feel a shopping spree coming on again :D
ReplyDeleteThe foundation looks amazing, I am forever looking for new ones, that looks great and easy to blend
ReplyDeleteI do like that very natural look. Please do more vids as I love yours.
ReplyDeleteGood job I watched the vid to the end as I was just about to comment on how it all looks lovely but your skin is beautiful and you don't look as though you need it. You look lovely and have piqued my interest in the brand. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteYour skin looks perfect with the foundation! Although it looked nice before, so maybe it's not the product.
ReplyDeleteHi Mary - I do have clear skin anyway, and I rarely wear foundation - the latest post with rms Beauty is without foundation, so I'll let you decide from that if the Vapour made a difference! Honestly, it did make my skin look a bit more perfected, but not so much that I'd never go without foundation again.
ReplyDeletethank you! x
Thank you all for the lovely comments too. x
