Jelly Nail Polish by Butter London

Butter London has a limited edition collection of three sheer jelly nail polishes at the moment. I had and loved a similar polish by Chanel years ago. (Does anyone remember those? The collection had transparent nailpolishes and lipglosses, and they were all very lovely.)

These come in three colours; Twee (pink), Chuffed (coral) and Stroppy (lilac.) Colour-wise, I'm probably most attracted to Twee, but name-wise I'm most attracted to Stroppy!

Picture is from www.zuneta.com. These are £10 each, and are 3-Free.

  1. Hmmm ... I remembered the jelly/flo glossimers. But I can't for the life of me remember what NPs came out then?

Maybe they were UK exclusives, but you have me intrigued! Now I have to find out what NPs came out years ago, lol.

I've never tried butter london. How are these nps? I've heard mixed reviews.

  2. Hi Sabrina - it was about 10 years ago, because it was before Miss London, but after we bought our first house, if that helps ;)

I have a couple of Butter Londons. I love the colours, but they do chip easily; I do need to use a base and top coat with them.

  3. Hello Grace! I think it's actually more than 10 years ago...but trust me to still have one in my possession! They were called Le Vernis Cristallin, mine is in a transparent purple colour called Diaphane, very pretty! As for the Butter Londons I was very tempet to get all three, especially Twee and Stroppy (not particularly Chuffed at the moment!!) xx
