This nail polish was part of the Limited Edition Kuroshinjyu - Black Pearl collection, released in Summer 2007. Instead of matching nail polish to lipstick, in this collection Suqqu matched nail polish to a corresponding single eyeshadow. I own a few of both, and they are lovely. This is a deep, slightly blackened, shimmery emerald. The picture is with two coats.
Suqqu nail polishes contain olive squalene, so they help to prevent the nails drying out. I do find they take a bit longer to dry than Nubar, for example, but they last very well without chipping or shrinking, probably due to the extra flexibility of the nail polish formulation.

ReplyDeleteHello Witoxicity - I can see what you mean; these are very rich and almost majestic jewel tones. :)
