Shiseido Luminizing Satin Eye Color in SV817 andGR712

These are the new Luminizing Satin Eye Color singles from Shiseido, launched in Autumn 2009.
On the left: SV817 Pyrite Crystal (LE, from the Holiday 2009 RichRocks collection), on the right: GR712 Kombu. Both of these shades have shimmer in them, and they're a beautiful soft but rich texture.

Swatches (in the opposite order):

I could have bought more from the eye part of the RichRocks collection; there are also a smoky blue and a rich bronze eyeshadow, a deep metallic green mascara and a green/bronze eyeliner. I wasn't so tempted by the Perfect Rouge in the collection (pale pink.)

The single eyeshadows are quite expensive at £20 each, but you do get 2g in each. I'm looking forward to seeing the new shades in the Spring 2010 collection, and particularly looking forward to the new blushes launching with that collection.

Here's a picture wearing Pyrite Crystal (with Perfect Rouge 514 Dragon on my lips.) It's a great colour to wear with a red lip because it's not too overpowering.

  4. Hi Michelle - glad you are liking it :)

Hi Tackyblueeyeshadow - there are some nice eyeshadows in the line, well worth a look, although more expensive than I remember Shiseido being.

Hi Cocamia - the Pyrite Crystal is a lovely shade, very sparkly.

Hi Em - the olive is a lovely colour, very flattering and easy to wear. x

Thank you all for your comments.
