The texture of the eyeshadows is a cross between NARS and Inoui ID eyeshadows - finer than NARS in texture, but with good pigmentation (although they aren't as pigmented with one swipe as the really pigmented NARS, like the Habanera duo or Mekong single.) The colours of the Addiction shadows I picked are gorgeous; even better than I hoped (and I hoped for quite a lot; I've been wanting some of these since I first read about the line in the summer.)
Eyeshadows from top left, clockwise:
Beige - matte flesh-toned beige. Not the most eye-grabbing shade, but beautifully smooth and disappears into my skintone.
Crow - metallic charcoal grey with green/blue sheen. This is the eyeshadow that first had me drooling over this line, and it doesn't disappoint in person.
Baghdad Cafe - pearl mid-dark cool brown with multi-coloured shimmer.
Stardust - pearl black with multi-coloured micro-sparkles. This is the surprise 'Ooooh, pretty' of the bunch for me - it looked nice online, but I thought the shimmers were just silver, whereas they are actually silver, green and purple.
Blush - Crush. Pale neutral beige/pink, with shimmer/sparkle. It's quite NARS-ish, you could probably find something very similar in the NARS line-up (Madly, perhaps) but I am glad I bought it.
Lipstick - Confiture. Sheer orange/coral, more orange than coral. This is a lovely non-drying texture (Japanese lines seem to be able to make lipsticks that don't dry out my lips in a way that most Western lines can't manage.)
