Perfect partners - Rouge Bunny Rouge Orpheline and Whim of Mine

It can be difficult to tell what lip and cheek colours will work well together from online shop swatches (although Zuneta's are pretty good.)

I've found that Orpheline powder blush and Whim of Mine lipstick pair very nicely. I love warm strawberry cheeks, and the warm faded raspberry colour of the lipstick complements it perfectly. Neither shade has any shimmer in it. The lipstick is creamy, gives good coverage and is one of the few brands I can wear comfortably on my very dry lips even in the winter. The blush looks quite bright but it's very finely milled, and easy to control and build colour without overcooking. It's also quite easy to blend down if you do ever go slightly overboard when applying.

Rouge Bunny Rouge is available only at Zuneta.com. The products are at the higher end of high end prices, but they are beautiful quality and the packaging is gorgeous.

  1. Oh, that's funny. Both of these products are in my Zuneta basket. So I guess if they work for you, I think they might work for me too.
Oh, and just wanted to ask you: is your Becca concealer in Praline pink undertone or yellow undertone? TGITN

  2. Hi Klara - these work really well for me. If your skintone/colouring is similar, that's a good indication they'd work for you too. (I do like a little more colour on my lips and cheeks - a very nude colour particularly on my lips does not feel comfy to me.)

Praline is a neutral beige undertone - it's neither pink nor yellow (my skin is pretty neutral too.)

    Thanks for visiting :)

  3. Orpheline is so pretty, even for us paler complexions... the photo of you wearing it (few months ago) convinced me to get it and I love it! :) Thank you! :)
