I've found that Orpheline powder blush and Whim of Mine lipstick pair very nicely. I love warm strawberry cheeks, and the warm faded raspberry colour of the lipstick complements it perfectly. Neither shade has any shimmer in it. The lipstick is creamy, gives good coverage and is one of the few brands I can wear comfortably on my very dry lips even in the winter. The blush looks quite bright but it's very finely milled, and easy to control and build colour without overcooking. It's also quite easy to blend down if you do ever go slightly overboard when applying.

Hi Klara - these work really well for me. If your skintone/colouring is similar, that's a good indication they'd work for you too. (I do like a little more colour on my lips and cheeks - a very nude colour particularly on my lips does not feel comfy to me.)
ReplyDeletePraline is a neutral beige undertone - it's neither pink nor yellow (my skin is pretty neutral too.)
