I had a sneaky peek at the NARS Spring 2010 collection today; sorry no pictures as yet, but I have pleaded for some promo pictures from the PR company to share here, and will upload if I get them.
Outstanding items (in my opinion) were:
Duo powder eyeshadow in Kuala Lumpur: pale rose and deep plum shimmer
Single powder eyeshadow in D'Gorgeous: palest lilac, I think this was matte (no-one else had stuck their finger in it so I didn't like to)
Duo cream eyeshadow in Camargue: sheer slightly greenish gold and warm iridescent brown
Easy Lover gloss: sheer bright electric pink (no shimmer)
Purple Rain nail polish: very shimmery sparkly cool purple
There was also a nude lipstick and a nude-y gloss, and one of the chunky glitter eye pencils in a pale blue. (I wasn't so interested in those.) I will be buying Kuala Lumpur, Easy Lover and Purple Rain.

You lucky lucky thing! By the sound of it, I'd like to get my hands on exactly the three products that are on your wish list...any idea of when these are coming out? Oh, and what exactly is Orgasm illuminator? I mean, what shape and form does it have? I've seen it mentioned somewhere as a 2010 release...Anyway, I think you should have been the Little Jack Horner of the Nars preview display, I bet everyone was waiting for someone else to do it first!! xx
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh sounds lovely looking forward to the photos.
ReplyDeleteAx
Tell those pesky PR peeps to let us see pics...pronto! Hahaha.
ReplyDeleteTagged you for an award chick. x
Hi Anna - I didn't see the Orgasm Illuminator there; from my understanding I think it's a liquid highlighter though. I should have dug in, cursing myself for not taking a picture now!
ReplyDeleteHi Eliza - it all looks lovely - NARS is back on his game after a couple of not so great collections last year/early this year. You'd love the pink lipgloss.
Hi LionLovingTiger - oh thank you, lovely :)
Ohmygoodness, this is baad, Grace!
ReplyDeleteI've only just managed to get my hands on the Holiday stuff today and I'm already dreaming of their spring range!
Carmargue and Kuala Lumpur, sorry but they will have to be mine someday! Sigh!
