Picture of Illamasqua Indulge intense lipgloss applied
When they call these 'intense' they aren't kidding. This looks a little more muted on my macbook than it does in real life where it is a very bright bubblegum pink patent lip. Be warned, these are quite sticky - if you have long hair loose expect to have to pick it out of your lipgloss.

Lovely! I have Besotted and it is RED RED RED.
ReplyDeleteI have long hair and you are so right! Very sticky indeed.
Hi Michelle - they really are intense aren't they? I think the sticky comes with the territory with this kind of patent finish, but it does mean I don't reach for this very often. Thanks for your comment.x
ReplyDeleteHi Michelle, that gloss looks lovely although I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to wear it except at night! I was wondering if you knew what Illamasqua's animal testing policy was - I've been trying to find out for ages but can't find anything useful at all. Can you help?
ReplyDeleteHi KillerKitKat
ReplyDeleteIllamasqua states on their website that they don't test on animals. All of their brushes are synthetic too. If you go to the following bit of the website, that info is on the bottom of the page.

Oh that is my pet hate!!! lipgloss + hair = angry Old Cow!! Hence the reason I seem to be wearing more sheer lipsticks of late. hmmmmm I need to find a decent lip stain.
ReplyDeleteHi Old Cow - I prefer sheer lipsticks for this reason too. Lipstick Queen Medieval and the Chinatown Pencils are v good and not sticky. I'm lusting after the Beaute lip and cheek stains, but I just can't justify the shipping costs from Canada. Thanks for your comment. x
ReplyDeleteLipgloss hair...the thorn in the side of lip gloss lovers! Top hate - when the breeze blows your hair over newly glossed lips and then whips it across your sunglasses....total face catastrophe in a matter of seconds!
ReplyDeleteHi BBB - this is why I just don't do sticky lipglosses. I put them on and take them off 5 minutes later. I've never had a sunglasses incident though - sounds v messy!
